Meet Our Executive Director
Natasha Hirata
Natasha was raised on the beautiful island of Maui. She moved to Hawai'i Island in February of 2011. She attended the University of Hawai'i, Hilo and earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communication. Not new to the pageant scene, Natasha competed in and won several pageant titles. She even captured the crown of the first Miss Maui USA in 2014. After having her first son, Natasha opened Pretty Please Boutique. Natasha is also a stay-at-home mommy to Tyler and Jasper.
Natasha's goal as director is to equip these young women with life-skills, build self-confidence, all while high-lighting their uniqueness, nurturing their passions, and contributing to their communities. "The idea is to grow into the best version of yourself while cultivating friendships that will last a life time, then you get to do a pageant."
